Dedicated to using live theatre as a tool for social and political change, Jasen is committed to uplifting consent-forward, trauma-informed, equitable art that has the ability to change people’s minds.

Intimacy Direction & Coordination
I am a certified Intimacy Director, mostly specializing in intimacy for live performance. Whether it be a kiss, nudity, simulated sex, or even medical procedures, an intimacy professional guides the creation and choreographing of intimate scenes. As an intimacy director, I am committed to uplifting artists and creating a culture of consent in rehearsal rooms, as well as on stage/screen.
Consulting
I offer consulting services for productions seeking help implementing thoughtful, consent-forward practices into the rehearsal room and throughout the production process. I also provide LGBTQ+ cultural consulting for productions working with queer and trans* actors or engaging with queer stories, as well as stories that include BDSM and kink. I aim to help creators move beyond surface-level representation toward work that is informed, intentional, and grounded in lived experience.
Advocacy
I provide advocacy support as a liason between cast, crew, and production teams, working to identify, interrupt, and disrupt harm. With a deep understanding of power dynamics, training in conflict resolution, and certification in Mental Health First Aid, I support clear communication and intervention when concerns arise. My work centers artist wellbeing while helping productions move forward with accountability, integrity, and collaboration.
